Funded LGBTQ+ Leadership Development programme a triumph
Our first ever Leadership Development programme for LGBT leaders has been a huge success.
Pride in Leadership, in partnership with On the Level, welcomed 22 Greater Manchester based businesses leaders onto its development programme, funded by the Growth Company.
Participants completed 12 hours out of 20 available, and the content comprised:
- Four in-person half-day sessions, covering:
- Making your queer voice heard at work
- Overcoming barriers to business growth from a queer perspective
- Power and Politics – how LGBT leaders can increase their impact
- Developing brilliant LGBT leaders – how to overcome mediocrity to drive business success
- Three peer-support Mentoring Circles.
- Two one-hour online events.
