Sachin is an empathetic technology leader with 20+ years of experience delivering complex products across Finance, travel, and retail industries, passionate about building diverse and inclusive work culture with a well-rounded experience across business, technology, and people.

Lauren is Chief Executive at SV2, a charity supporting victims and survivors of sexual violence across Derbyshire.
James McMillan

A Chartered Accountant by background, James is a highly experienced multi-disciplinary leader working for big brands including Louis Vuitton, RSM UK LLP and BT Group Plc across HR, finance, strategy, and operational management. James is also a skilled NED and board advisor and was awarded the Institute of Director’s North West Director of the Year Award 2020 (non-executive) for his work in an FCA regulated Credit Union.
Dumisani Nyathi
Healthcare Engagement Manager, Diabetes UK (they/them)
Dumisani has worked in the voluntary sector since 2006 in fundraising, front line support, events, volunteer management and strategic planning. Dumisani is also the co-lead for the Diabetes UK BAME network and sits on the Tackling Inequalities steering group, which looks at inequalities across diabetes care.

Darren is the Chief Executive of the HIV charity, George House Trust. Darren has over 16 years working and supporting LGBTQ+ good causes, having previous worked as the Head of Policy and Engagement at what is now LGBT Foundation, and 7 years as a trustee at Lancashire LGBT.
