How it works
Our easy-to-use platform simplifies the process, making it straightforward to focus on what matters most: your growth as a leader.

  1. Sign up to our mentoring platform.
  2. Share your goals and preferences.
  3. The platform will suggest mentors to mentees – the mentee will choose the person they think will be the best fit.
  4. The mentor and mentee will connect up and arrange an initial meeting, so they can establish whether they’d like to continue working together.
  5. You will our platform throughout your mentoring experience – it will offer you training, send reminders, and collect feedback, making your mentoring journey as easy as possible.

Cost
There is no charge for mentors or mentees to participate in our programme or use our platform. We believe that professional development should be accessible to everyone, and that cost should not be a barrier to building a stronger LGBTQ+ leadership community.

That said, we understand that paid programmes can sometimes encourage greater commitment. In this spirit, we rely on you – our mentors and mentees – to approach this opportunity with dedication, mutual respect and a shared commitment to making the most of the relationship. Your active participation is what will make this programme meaningful, impactful and successful for everyone involved.

Who can join?
This programme is open to all LGBTQ+ leaders, regardless of career stage or sector.

All participant must be over 18 years of age.

Mentees: If you’re seeking advice, support or encouragement, our mentors are here to help you grow and succeed.

Mentors: If you’re an experienced leader with valuable insights to share, this is your chance to inspire another LGBT professional, while developing personally and professionally yourself.
