Chris Gray joined us for a conversation
We were joined by Chris Gray, a former Managing Director of Accenture and now Chief of Public Sector at AND Digital. Chris is responsible for driving AND’s work with Public Sector clients as part of the business’ overall growth strategy.
Chris is the current Chair of BITC’s North West Regional Leadership Board and HRH Prince of Wales Ambassador for Responsible Business. Chris is also a Director of Prospere Learning Trust, a multi-academy trust with schools in South Manchester and a member of the University of Liverpool Management School’s Advisory Board.
Throughout his career Chris has worked at the intersection of public sector delivery and technology, helping clients drive digitalisation, innovation and change with a key focus on the use of data and analytics. Prior to joining AND Chris was a Managing Director at Accenture and has worked extensively with UK government departments on major change initiatives as well as having several international roles during his career.
Chris is an impassioned supporter of LGBTQ+ and female leadership initiatives and works with a range of organisations in the North West to mentor and coach individuals.
