I am delighted to tell you that I have secured funding for a unique development programme for LGBTQ+ business leaders across Greater Manchester. Now I am trying to get the message out far and wide so nobody misses out, so please help spread the word.
The programme is aimed at LGBTQ+ business leaders (founders, owners, and people in leadership roles in an organisation). It comprises four in-person training sessions, three peer-support Mentoring Circles, and two online learning events. Participants have to commit to doing a minimum of 12 hours out of the 17.5 hours of support that are available. All learning will be engaging, participative, and fun, and networking opportunities are also available around the in-person sessions. And it’s all fully-funded, so there is no cost to participants.
Eligibility criteria:
– All registered businesses or sole traders operating in Greater Manchester.
– CICs are eligible
– Charities are eligible if over 25% of their revenue is commercially driven.
– Business has less than 250 employees
