Whether it is advocating for inclusion, shaping decisions, challenging assumptions or progressing your own career, the ability to influence is a vital leadership skill.
But influence is not just about confidence, personality or being the loudest voice in the room. It is about understanding how power works, recognising where you already have influence, and building meaningful relationships that help create change.
This interactive Pride in Leadership session explores how LGBTQ+ professionals can develop their influence and impact, even when they do not have positional power. We will look at the visible and invisible dynamics that shape organisations, how to build alliances, and how to move from feeling stuck outside the system to becoming someone who can shape it.
