Speakers

Rachael Garner MBA (who describes herself as ‘a late-blooming lesbian’) is a sustainability and communications professional with over 12 years’ experience helping organisations deliver purposeful change through sustainability strategy, digital transformation and stakeholder engagement. As Head of Sustainability Strategy & Communications at Vision Linens, she leads global ESG initiatives focused on carbon reduction, responsible sourcing and sustainable business growth.

Alongside her corporate role, Rachael has actively been involved with Queen Bee Coaching – formerly as a client and now as a coach, supporting women’s personal and professional development through confidence building, leadership and wellbeing. She is also a Past President of JCI Manchester, championing community impact and young professional development aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The session will be hosted by Claire Ebrey, Founder of Pride in Leadership, who recently completed coaching through Queen Bee Coaching and will share her personal experience of the process and the impact it can have. Having benefited directly, she can speak honestly about why she would recommend it to others.
